The Address

When my husband and I were still friends, he would usually tell me that the best address was his address. I didn't know exactly what he meant. I just thought probably he was giving me an indirect hint. Well, I didn't mind to live in his address, of course. Later on, I realized his love for his housing area. And I thought he was advertising his place for me. LOL. Silly me.

Anyways, speaking of addresses, there are a lot of address plaques that you could choose from if you want to put an address sign in front of your house or gate. I guess my husband could benefit from this as he really really likes his address. He could even customize the address signs.

At JustAddressPlaques.com, you can find many designs and types. They have a large selections for it. They do offer low prices too. It is said that they're on the constant lookout in the internet for the pricing because they do wanna offer the lowest price possible. That is great, indeed. So if you're in need of an address plaque, be it for residential or commercial, just check them out.

Colorful Accessories

Saw these colorful strings hanging by a stall inside Ikano Mall that's connected to Ikea Furniture Mall at Damansara Utama.

Kimchi Ramen

My favorite noodle dish - Kimchi Ramen. I always order this everytime I am in a Japanese Restaurant. Ordered this from Sakae Sushi. Loved the ambiance there. Love the self-order service where every table has a screen where you search your food and click order. The waiter/waitress would then come with your order.

For more yummy looking food, head over to Yummy Sunday.

Real Estate

Our Schenker is going to primary school next school year (In Malaysia, they start school in January and end in November).
I know that we have to move to another house before the end of the year. The school that our son is going to is quite far from where we live. If we don't move to a nearer house, we would be needing to wake him up as early as 6 in the morning to get him to get ready for school. I think it's quite inconvenient for all of us as we are all night owls in the family, even with the alarm clock getting off in the morning, everybody seems to have a hard time getting up.

This is one good thing about not having our own house yet as we can still decide to move to another house for convenience. We do have an apartment but it's getting smaller for our getting bigger family, plus we have guests staying with us regularly. And so we decided to rent out our apartment so we can rent a house. It's a cool deal, right?

It's good to invest on your own property though. So no matter how much we think we don't need an apartment, we are keeping it for investment.

I guess it goes the same way as investing in Wilmington NC real estate where there's an offer of a favorable business climate, exceptional arts and cultural scene, deep-rooted history and beautiful beaches. Gosh, I really don't mind staying in a place like that. The owner and operator of Wilmington NC Real Estate is Century 21. They have been operating since 1987. So if you want to source out for a real estate, check them out.

For the meantime, I am sourcing for a place near Cheras.

Droplet

A droplet shot from my new camera. I guess I have told you that from June onwards, I would be posting photos from my Sony A380 camera. However, a couple of months later, God has blessed me with another new one, Nikon D90 - my dream camera. Yay!
