My favorite noodle dish - Kimchi Ramen. I always order this everytime I am in a Japanese Restaurant. Ordered this from Sakae Sushi. Loved the ambiance there. Love the self-order service where every table has a screen where you search your food and click order. The waiter/waitress would then come with your order.

I had a taste of kimchi before and didn't quite like it, but i was told that it was an acquired taste... maybe if i am to taste it again and get my buds used to it, I guess I'd like it.
